 Prescription Refills
If you are calling for a prescription refill, please call your pharmacist, who will contact us for approval. This process allows your physician and pharmacy to review and complete your request more efficiently. Be certain to call your pharmacy before your supply of medication runs out, to allow sufficient time for the approval process. If you need a new prescription, leave a message and your doctor or physician assistant will get back with you. And please note that we do not fill prescriptions on the weekend. Thank you for your understanding.

We welcome calls concerning your care & treatment. Our professional staff will be happy to assist you whenever possible. If you need to speak with your doctor, please leave a message. Your doctor or their highly experienced Physician Assistant, who allows us to get back with you more quickly, will return your call as soon as possible. Call 336-275-3325.
Medical Records
A patient's records are part of Guilford Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Center. The information in this record is available to the patient, their referring physician, attorney and insurance company in the form of copies should it be required. A patient's written authorization is required to transfer or release files. A fee for medical records is charged.
